Lucky, the AI Guy, investigating at his desk

Every investigation is run by hand — one business at a time.

We investigate
how AI sees your business.

ChatGPT, Google AI, Claude and other AI platforms are already forming opinions about your business. I independently investigate what they're saying, what's missing, and what you should do next.

I don't sell websites and I don't sell SEO, so I have nothing to push. My only job is to find out what's actually there and tell you honestly. If you've received an email from me, it's because I personally investigated your business and found something specific I thought you should know.

What a finding looks like

4. Improve

You decide what to act on, with confidence and without pressure.

The evidence standard

Every investigation follows the same standard.

If I can't confirm something, I won't present it as fact.

Opinion

My professional observations, always clearly identified.

No hype. No assumptions. Just evidence.

Lucky, founder of AI Guy
Why I started AI Guy

One business owner, talking honestly to another.

Like many business owners, I believed that if I spent more money on advertising, I'd get more customers. At first, it worked.

What I didn't understand was that success wasn't simply about how much I was willing to pay. It was also about how relevant and useful my website had become — and I hadn't kept it up to date.

Eventually my advertising became less effective. Not because advertising had stopped working, but because my online presence hadn't kept pace. Looking back, nobody had ever shown me the underlying problems. If someone had pointed them out earlier, I could have saved a lot of money, frustration and wasted effort.

That's why I started AI Guy.

Today I investigate businesses the way AI, Google and customers see them — helping owners understand what's working, what's being overlooked, and what deserves more visibility before they waste time or money.

I regularly investigate Australian businesses because every investigation teaches me something new about how AI understands businesses. When I discover something genuinely useful, I often reach out to the owner.
